LEGAL BASIS AND DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES

The data processing has the purpose of collecting information, not attributable to the data subjects, necessary for purposes related to projects and initiatives aimed at the development of individual and collective leadership.

The data provided by way of filling in of the questionnaire will be used exclusively for the creation of anonymous reports on aggregated data.

The legal basis of the data processing is represented by your explicit consent expressed through filling in of the questionnaire.

PERSONAL DATA OBJECT OF PROCESSING

The only personal data that may be temporarily stored for the correct filling in of the questionnaire, and for the prevention of any abuse, is the IP address of the Data Subject.

In all other respects, the data will be anonymized to the maximum extent possible before any other analysis is carried out.

The data provided with the questionnaire, or the answers provided during its filling in, are collected exclusively for the purposes indicated above. Such data are never collected to be associated with identified data subjects. The Processing Data Controller will in no way and for no reason carry out data interconnection operations in order to trace their identity.

The filling in of the questionnaire, in fact, takes place in completely anonymous mode and the data processing will occur in an aggregated manner.

DISCLOSURE AND COMMUNICATION OF DATA

The data may be processed by persons designated as Data Processors, or as persons authorized to data processing, within the limits of the purposes connected and indicated for the processing. 

No personal data will be disclosed.

TRANSFER OF DATA

The personal data object of processing are not transferred to third countries or to international organizations.

In case of usage of certain IT platforms, the data may be transferred to third countries to the extent that the platform manager has adopted guarantee mechanisms such as the BCR – Binding Corporate Rules, or she/he has adhered to specific protocols .

PERSONAL DATA STORAGE

The data collected for this treatment will be stored for the time strictly necessary to the pursuit of the purposes for which they were collected.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The Data Subject may exercise the rights prescribed in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18 and 20 of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or: article 15 – “Right of access by the data subject,” article 16 – “Right of rectification,” article 17 – “Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’),” article 18 – “Right to restriction of processing,” article 20 – “Right to data portability,” within the limits and under the conditions established in article 12 of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Requests must be sent in writing to the Data Controller at the addresses indicated in the “Processing Data Controller” paragraph of this Privacy Policy Statement.

In any event, the data subject always has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority), pursuant to article 77 of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), if she or he believes that the processing of her/his own data is contrary to the legislation in force.

WHETHER OR NOT THE DATA PROVISION IS COMPULSORY

Apart from what is specified for the data automatically recorded by the software, the user is free to provide or not provide her/his personal data by means of filling in of the questionnaire. The provision of such data is necessary to take part in the satisfaction survey.

The data processing, by taking place on anonymous data, does not prescribe the application of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
